- Q1: Can I have a sample for testing?
A: Actually we have a very good price principle, when you make the bulk order then cost of sample will be return to you.
The sample price is the same as the price of10-100 sets.- Q2: How long is your delivery time?
- A:Generally, full payment is made after 2-4 days, if the product is in stock. Or 7-14 days, if the product is out of stock. It is determined based on quantity and inventory
- Q3: Can ladd my logo on the encoder?
- A：Yes, OEM and ODM are available . But you should send us the trademark authorization letter.
- Q4: Do you have inspection procedures for products ?
- A: 100% self-inspection before packing.
- Q5: How long does it take to delivery?
- A: we have stock for most of the couplings.For small quantity. we will arrange delivery about 1-7 days, if you are urgently or customize,please confirm them with us.
- Q6: What's your warranty ?
- A: 12 months. If the items you purchased from our company are not with perfect quality or can't work normally. you can ship back replacement or refund.
- About orders
- The inventory quantity is based on the website data. In order for you to receive the product as soon as possible, we will place the order at 16:00 (Beijing time) on the same day and ship it out. Large promotional events and holiday shipping times will be arranged separately according to the event
- Size issues
- All products are of high quality, with consistent size specifications. Due to the different measurement methods used by each individual, deviations may occur.
- Product color difference issue
- It is normal for the product images to have different color differences on different monitors. Please refer to the actual product for actual colors (if the color difference is too large, please contact us)
- About express delivery

- About Product Customization
- Attention: Product customization or keyways require confirmation of the shipping date with customer service. Customized or non-standard keyways cannot be returned to avoid delayed shipment of goods.
